1. Backend Configuration with Laravel Sanctum

First, it is necessary to install Laravel Sanctum in your Laravel project. This can be done by running the following command:

Then, you need to publish Sanctum's configuration with:

php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Laravel\Sanctum\SanctumServiceProvider"

Make sure that the Sanctum middleware is registered in the api.php routes file. This will allow you to manage authentication requests sent by clients, that is, the React.js applications.

2. Create an Endpoint for Logout

Once you have Sanctum configured, the next step is to create an endpoint that handles the logout logic. This is done by adding a method to Laravel's authentication controller, typically named AuthController, which will take care of deleting the user's token.
